Leading presales across Latin America

I joined UiPath in 2019 as Principal Sales Engineer for Latin America, and since 2025 I have led the regional Sales Engineering team, with engineers in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Peru. For seven consecutive years the region has delivered 100% or more of its quota.

I work where technology meets business: coaching, deal reviews, POV governance and career plans, together with Regional Sales Directors on territory strategy and forecast. I built the Brazil SE function from the ground up.

Behind it are 31 years in technology. I started as a developer and support engineer, then moved through IBM’s BPM SWAT team on critical accounts across the Americas and Europe, presales, solution architecture and integration.
